Monthly Subscriptions

Our subscription service automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at pickmeupcreations@gmail.com.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once processed. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

Refund Process

If you believe you were charged in error or after canceling your subscription, please contact us immediately at pickmeupcreations@gmail.com.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
